These terms apply to services sold by ListReady Staging ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Service
We provide virtually staged images, listing descriptions, and social media captions for real estate listings, delivered digitally by download link, normally within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your photos and details.
Your photos
You confirm you have the right to use and share the photos you send us and to have them edited. You keep all rights to your original photos.
License to delivered work
Once paid, you may use the delivered images and text to market the listed property on the MLS, websites, social media, and print. We may use delivered images as portfolio samples only with your permission.
Disclosure and compliance
Virtually staged images show how a space could be furnished. You are responsible for following your MLS rules (including Stellar MLS) and applicable advertising laws, including disclosing that images are virtually staged and making the unaltered photos available where required. We provide disclosure text and unlabeled MLS versions to help with this, but compliance remains your responsibility.
What we don't change
We add furniture and decor only. We do not remove or hide permanent features or defects such as walls, windows, flooring damage, or views.
Payment
Prices are listed on our website in US dollars. Payment is due at order. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
