This policy explains what information ListReady Staging collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address, and brokerage.
• Listing photos and property details you send for your order.
• Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To complete and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, and keep basic business records. We may email you about our services; you can opt out at any time by replying "no thanks" or "unsubscribe."

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the business, such as Google (email and file delivery), Stripe (payments), and image editing tools that process your photos to create staged images. We don't sell your information.

Retention

We keep order files for up to 12 months so you can re-download or request changes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your files sooner.
