Refund Policy

We want every Listing Kit to be something you're proud to put on the MLS. Here's how refunds work.

Free revision first

Every kit includes one free revision (style, furniture layout, or wording). Reply to your delivery email within 7 days to request it.

Full refund

• If you cancel before we start work on your order, you get a full refund.
• If we miss the 48-hour delivery window (counted from when we receive your photos and listing details), you can request a full refund for that kit.
• If the revised result still isn't usable for your listing, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund that kit in full.

Listing packs

Unused listings in a 3-pack or 5-pack can be refunded within 90 days of purchase, prorated at the pack's per-listing price. Packs expire 12 months after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@listreadystaging.com with your order details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
